Every Vikson handbag is securely packaged, with a Vikson tag. All jewellery items come carded in a little pouch. Vikson
Collection and Vikson Leather Handbags come in a material bag and each one comes with a Vikson embossed disc. All items are delivered by Specialised Freight Services, fully insured and reliable. All orders will require a signature on delivery.
Once an order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch within 7 working days of purchase.
Delivery fees are confirmed on checkout. All orders are sent on economy, so orders will arrive next day after dispatch in Cape-Town, 2 days after dispatch in Johannesburg and 2-3days after dispatch in other areas within South Africa.
If an order is returned to us due to the courier service not being able to make delivery reasons due to the customer not being at the delivery address, the customer will be liable for the repeat delivery costs.
If items are delivered damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue in a timely and effective manner. We will cover all courier costs involved. A receipt number must be provided.
Returns and Refunds
Handbags or jewellery ordered from the Vikson website can be returned for another item or refund if unworn and returned with its original packaging and Vikson labelling.
Please include as much information as possible when requesting a return. Returns for wear and tear are valid for up to 4 months after date of purchase, returns for reasons other than wear and tear or damaged items will be accepted 14 days after purchase.
The customer will incur the delivery charges for reasons other than wear and tear or damaged items.

Vikson will not be responsible for returned items not received.
Vikson will not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the item has left our studio and are in the possession of the courier service.
Refunds will only be payable once returned items are received by us, unworn (with the exception of wear and tear)
